Who is actually renting my property?

We become your tenant and then sublet the property to carefully selected occupants. Depending on your property, this might be professional tenants, corporate lets, or other demand‑backed use. We remain fully responsible for paying your rent and managing those occupants within the terms of our agreement.

Do I still need to pay for repairs and maintenance?

You remain responsible for structural issues and major works, just as you would with a traditional let. We typically cover day‑to‑day reactive maintenance up to an agreed limit and organise all access, quotes and contractors. The exact split of responsibility will be clearly set out in your contract.

What condition does my property need to be in?

We’ll carry out an initial inspection and advise on any works needed to meet safety and licensing requirements, or to make the property suitable for our model. If you prefer, we can often coordinate this work for you before the contract begins.

Can I visit or inspect the property during the contract?

Yes. We perform regular inspections as standard and can share reports with you. You’re also welcome to attend inspections by arrangement with our team so we can minimise disruption for occupants.
